And all through the house, not a creature was stirring.... hmmm.... well, that's not exactly true.  I'm stirring, simmering and even a little bit stressed.  It was an interesting day to say the least.  And now I find myself finally able to relax but my mind is going 90 miles per hour.

I'm trying to relax and I felt that writing might help.   But if I just mentally unload on my blog, that probably won't provide much entertainment for y'all so how about a picture show?

I picked up the Mrs. at the airport and she immediately went out to play in the water.  Meanwhile, I'm working, doing something, honestly, I don't remember.  It was yesterday but it seems forever ago.

The Mrs. went out for a long ride today while I gathered my things together which proved to be challenging despite the fact that I'm into double digits for Ironman participation.

Eventually things came together and I put my sticker on my bike....

And I went down to the chaos known as athlete race day check-in....

On my way through transition, I saw this banner on the changing tent and for some reason it struck me as a little different than the typical blue man.  I've dubbed him:  "Man Dot"....

That is all for now.  Thank you for your support and see you on the other side....
